Conventional cosmetic manufacturing has an unspoken failure: the actives delivering the most meaningful clinical results — peptides, growth-factor mimetics, live probiotics, stable Vitamin C derivatives — are precisely the ones destroyed by the 70–75°C emulsification temperatures standard formulation requires.
GlowSense was founded to solve this at the manufacturing level. Satish, a hands-on formulation chemist with GMP operations expertise, developed the OPP Method — a cold-process, single-vessel co-formulation technique using marine bio-spicules (Haliclona sp., oxea-type, 100–400 µm) as physical penetration enhancers. Peer-reviewed science published in Molecular Pharmaceutics (Zhang et al., 2017) confirms 33–72× transdermal enhancement with zero systemic toxicity and full self-limiting skin recovery.
