The One Pot Process
(OPP) Method
Standard cosmetic emulsification at 70–75°C destroys the actives that matter most — peptides, postbiotics, growth factors, Vitamin C derivatives, retinol and enzymatic actives are all denatured before the product reaches your consumer.
The One Pot Process is a patent-pending cold-process, single-vessel co-formulation technique. Marine bio-spicules from Haliclona sp. (oxea-type, 100–400 µm) are combined with actives at ambient temperature in one vessel. On skin application, spicules create transient microchannels in the stratum corneum for genuine sub-epidermal delivery.
